Branch Manager: Ross Martin
Ross is based at our Parramatta Branch. He has five years' experience in the recruitment industry, including two at our Sydney office.
Previously Ross spent 22 years working for a multinational engineering company, during which time he held many positions including: Inventory Controller, Spare Parts Manager, Materials Manager, Quality Manager and Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He was also Project Manager for Relocation and IT projects.
Ross spent four months living and working at the head office in Sweden and his work also took him to Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands and England. Ross has a very strong customer service focus and enjoys assisting Trojan clients to find solutions to labour force issues.
