NSW State Manager: Adam Hart

Adam joined the Trojan team in September 2006. He has over 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry, having held a number of senior positions at national agencies.

Adam's friendly approach to his work is grounded in sound business practices and a focus on supporting his staff so that they can continue to find innovative ways to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. Because at the end of the day, Adam believes successful recruitment is about finding the right person for the right job.

Based at our Southern Sydney office, Adam travels frequently between all of our New South Wales offices to facilitate intra-state business and manage the team.

Adam has a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as business and human resource management qualifications.

He is always on the go, and when not at work Adam can be found with his wife Janita chasing one – or all – of their three children.
